Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communications end to end Filter, prioritize, and structure inbound requests and information Prepare concise briefs, notes, and materials for meetings and decisions Track follow‑ups and execution across cross‑functional initiatives Coordinate logistics and cadence for leadership meetings Support selected leadership team members on operational coordination Introduce basic structure, templates, and routines where needed
Qualifications
0‑4 years of professional experience Strong execution, organization, and prioritization skills Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable with fast‑changing priorities and ambiguity Reliable, detail‑oriented, and accountable Willing to work primarily on‑site in Soleto (LE), Southern Italy
