You’ll join our EA team, working closely with senior leaders and consulting teams across the firm. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to Partners and senior stakeholders, playing a critical role in enabling their effectiveness and impact.
You will collaborate with consultants, clients, and operations teams across offices and regions, acting as a central coordination point to ensure seamless communication, scheduling, and execution of priorities. In our fast-paced, client-facing environment, you’ll be a trusted partner who helps leaders stay focused on delivering exceptional results.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and expense management
Supporting client engagement activities by coordinating meetings, materials, and follow-ups
Supporting internal initiatives, team events, and office activities as needed
Monitoring priorities and proactively flagging upcoming deadlines or potential risks
Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiency
Travel coordination may be required. Bachelor’s degree
~5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant
~ Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional services environment is a plus
~ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Strong experience with calendar management and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to prepare high-quality documents and presentations
Comfort working with digital tools and adapting quickly to new systems
