* Within Italy "Services" HR organization and reporting to Services HR ITALY, the _
* Human Resources Business Partner _
* will be in charge of the following responsibilities : _
* Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actions_
* Be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, managing complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall strategy_
* Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context. - Manage HR processes within HR as required / assigned._
* Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations._
* Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor-management relations._
* Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions._
* Ensure full compliance with ALSTOM EHS policy._
* Actively coach managers in people management practices._
* Manage HR programs / practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives._
* Monitor and administer performance management programs and corrective actions._
* Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems._
* Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities._
* Minimum qualifications_
* 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR Manager_
* Able to work in an international and multicultural environment_
* Ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information - Knowledge of national and local contracts_
* Flexible, open minded, fair, and balanced judgment_
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills._
* Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment being able to take decisions quickly under pressure_
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Law, Economics, etc.)_
* Strong oral and written communication skills._
* Strong planning and organizational skills_
* Fluent in English and Italian_
* Required frequent mobility between sites (60%)_
* Good command of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office 365 suite, etc.)_
* The resource could be based on one of our main site (Sesto San Giovanni-MI; Nola-NA; Rome; Savigliano-CN ) and available to 60% of the time in business trip_
