Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Compensation Manager, EMEA is an individual contributor professional role that develops and manages strategies in support of Envista corporate staff and operating companies in the EMEA region. The selected individual will support the execution and communication of compensation programs across all functions and operating companies within the regions incorporating base and variable compensation, long-term incentives, and employee recognition strategies. As an experienced compensation professional, the incumbent will incorporate their experience, market insights and inputs from the business to support the development and execution of meaningful and competitive compensation programs that enable Envista to attract, motivate and grow talent in support of our aggressive growth agenda. This role works closely with other compensation team members, the broader CoE and human resources communities, and interfaces directly with managers and employees within the regions. /p h3Main Tasks /h3 ul liCollaborate with HR community, regional leaders, and Total Rewards team to define, deliver, and communicate compensation programs including base pay, incentive compensation and recognition programs. /li liSupport the development of competitive global compensation strategies. /li liCollaborate across the CoE to refine and execute market benchmarking, analysis and recommendation of annual salary increase budgets, management of compensation planning processes, job leveling, development of special incentive plans, articulation of clear processes, and measurement of metrics indicative of the performance of defined pay strategies. /li liConduct detailed, thorough, broad, and narrow analyses as required in support of effective compensation decision making. /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure applying latest market data and best practices /li liProvide Compensation subject matter expertise and counsel in the day-to-day delivery of the regional and operating companies’ people strategies. /li liPartner with HR business partners and business leaders to recommend, design and implement changes to compensation plans and salary structures. /li liParticipate in due diligence and integration of acquisitions by seamlessly migrating compensation programs. /li liPartner closely with HR Technology team to optimize Workday for compensation management and to determine other tools and solutions to effectively manage compensation. /li liIn conjunction with other Total Reward team members, ensure that Envista presents a robust and competitive reward portfolio to current and potential employees that supports the successful attraction, retention, and motivation of talent to our thriving and growing global business. /li liCoach and educate leaders and all individuals on our Compensation strategies, philosophies, principles, and programs. /li liDrive and refresh our Job Architecture by collaborating to define and assess jobs and job families. /li liMaintain global compliance on Compensation, including Pay Equity and Transparency. /li /ul pLearn more about our Prague center here: /p h3Job Requirements /h3 h3Required Experience/Skills /h3 ul liB.S./B.A. degree. /li li7+ years experience as a Compensation Subject Matter Expert preferable with understanding of other Total Reward elements including recognition programs, benefits, and mobility. /li liFluent in English. /li liThe role is hybrid, candidates must be able to work on-site from our offices located in Prague (Czech Republic), Paris (France), Venlo (Netherlands), or Mechelen (Belgium). /li liExperience working within a fast-paced global enterprise. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel. /li liAbility to influence and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. /li liTeam player, strong work ethic, pragmatic, and flexible. /li liExperience working across different geographic regions. /li liConfident, innovative, decisive thinker, able to work autonomously /li liStrong sense of ownership and accountability for results. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience/Skills /h3 ul liMBA preferred. /li liExpert level analytical skills with ability to use data to support recommendations and issue resolution. /li liPrior or current experience within a Workday environment preferred. /li liCritical thinking and process efficiency skills that will improve processes. /li liDemonstrated project management skills. /li liAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines. /li liStrong written verbal communication skills. /li liThorough, detail-oriented, and resourceful. /li liAdditional Human Resources experience in other functions preferred. /li /ul pOperating Company: Corporate /p pEnvista is a global family of more than 30 trusted dental brands, united by a shared purpose: to partner with professionals to improve lives.
