Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety, uphold quality, and maintain shift performance standards. You'll also oversee process improvements and drive implementation. A typical day is varied, including routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement, and wide‐scale operational contingency tasks. You'll serve as a role model and mentor for new managers.About the teamAmazon Logistics (AMZL) handles "last mile" delivery duties in partnership with third‐party distribution businesses. We use creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into customers' hands.
