Duties and responsibilities
Costing and Analysis: Define, maintain, and monitor standard and actual costs for products, including labor and material variance analysis.
Coordinate the annual budget, forecasting, and financial planning for the industrial area.
KPI Management: Track production KPIs and provide insights.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly industrial reports.
Oversee inventory accuracy, including monitoring excess and obsolete materials.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, such as SOX compliance.
Qualifications
Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
Preferred 1-3 years of experience
Key competencies
Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
Proactivity, confidentiality and accuracy
Advanced Excel and proficiency in IT skills
Fluent English
Team working
Problem solving and ability to simplify and improve inefficient processes
Growth mindset
Analytical and data gathering skills
Base knowledge on financial mathematics
