What we are looking for

For our Global HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Global Digital Specialist to join our Global Lead Generation Team. Reporting directly to the Digital Manager, you will hold the responsibility of developing and executing a global digital media paid strategy across different media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment across Amplifon’s regions and countries.

You will be a \"hands-on\" specialist who understands the logic behind media platforms while effectively coordinating with external agencies to drive results.

Main Responsibilities
* Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital media activities to generate qualified leads and appointments in alignment with the Global Digital Marketing strategy.
* Platform Management: Plan and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and display/programmatic performance campaigns.
* Agency Coordination: Coordinate with media agencies to plan, optimize, and monitor results for all digital channels.
* Budget Support: Support the Digital Manager in budget allocation activities, working directly with the media team and external partners to maximize ROI.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on performances from BI dashboards, identifying opportunities for fine-tuning and optimization.
* Innovation & Experimentation: Stay curious and experiment with new tools and marketing stacks, leveraging advanced AI tools to engage our audience authentically.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with local digital teams to share results, propose improvements, and ensure proper execution of the digital strategy at a local level.
Your Profile
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or campaign management.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram) is essential.
o Understanding of other platforms such as TikTok and programmatic DSPs.
o High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups) and PowerPoint.
o Familiarity with analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.
o Sensitivity over content that converts and editing techniques.
* Adaptability: A flexible mindset regarding technology, with a hunger for learning and a willingness to experiment with new AI and digital tools.
* Languages: Fluent English is a key prerequisite, both written and oral.
* Soft Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and a data-driven decision-maker.
o Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.
o A proactive team player with grit and determination.
