Join us to shape the future of QC data and processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesLead LIMS design, customization, and configuration to meet business needsExecute PQ validation tests for LIMS and set master dataProvide post-go-live support on LIMS topics for all departmentsConduct workshops and daily cross-functional meetings with international teamsDeliver training to Qualified Persons and QC analystsCollaborate with BPOs, PMs, IT consultants on project progress and digital roadmap implementationMap Quality Control processes and perform fit-gap analyses between HQ and local sitesDraft and review project documentation (flowcharts, Blueprint, SOPs, URs, xlwpduy Risk Assessments, Validation docs)QualificationsExperience as BPE or LIMS Key User in pharmaFamiliarity with SAP QM Module is beneficialFluency in Italian and EnglishPharmaceutical QC site exposure preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, agility in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of validation techniques (GMP; GAMP; WHO, CFR21), risk management, data management, data integrity
