Ph3Overview /h3 pGlobal Technical Service Project expert - in support of the Power Transmission Technical Service global strategy, in development of new technologies and new processes /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide expert advice and support to technical office managers on process issues, ensuring optimal performance /li liSupport and coordinate initiatives to optimize extrusion processes, improving efficiency, product quality, and reducing waste across various plants. /li liMonitor and analyze the performance of extrusion processes, identifying areas for improvement, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions to achieve continuous process enhancements. /li liSupport HSE establishing a "safe by design" approach in all Process Capex /li liIncrease standardization, consistency and redundancy of manufacturing processes across the sites /li liMaximize production efficiencies /li liSupport CAPEX and investment strategy, coordinate high level assigned projects implementation ensuring financial results of the investments /li liSupport NPD, NPL scale-up of new products and in the improvement of existing ones /li liSupport defining best solutions for IT on shop floor on high-level topic (e.g. MES and sites processes modification) /li liUtilize existing operational excellence platforms to align with Operations on continuous improvement initiatives /li liSupport transversally Technical Service Site Manager network collaborating or escalating with his peers in other functions (Purchasing, IT, RD, OEM, ISM, Sales) when needed /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent background /li liBusiness Fluency in English /li li+5 years of previous experience in operations /li liStrong operational and engineering skills /li liLean Manufacturing skills incl. statistical analysis /li liCross-functional cooperative (IT, Procurement, RD) /li liUnderstanding corporate financials (ROI calculation) /li liData driven, predictable, disciplined and structured approach /li liKnowledge of engineering drawings, chemicals and PU extrusion process /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
