Why You Will Love this Job: Il demand planner si occupa di ricerche ed analisi per prevedere la domanda dei clienti e del mercato (forecast), al fine di gestire la produzione aziendale, il livello di prodotto finito e fornire informazioni alla catena di fornitura. Principali mansioni: - Raccoglie dati da fonti interne (vendite, marketing, produzione) ed esterne (clienti e distributori) per comprendere l’andamento della Domanda e prevederne il trend; - Analizza statistiche di vendita per comprenderne l’andamento storico; - Utilizza in modo avanzato i software per la previsione della domanda (Kinaxis, Board);Genera report e presentazioni sullo stato di avanzamento delle attività. Competenze richieste - Spiccate capacità analitiche; - Predisposizione all’utilizzo di strumenti di analisi quali Excel, Power BI, gestionali aziendali; - Capacità di lavorare in Team;Conoscenza della Lingua Inglese (min. B2). Formazione Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia Statistica. Si richiede inoltre: Esperienza mínima (1-2 anni) in attività di Demand Planning di aziende modernamente organizzate.
