Living Quarters (LQ) Construction SuperintendentDuration: ASAP – December 2026Location: ItalyPer candidarsi, è sufficiente leggere la seguente descrizione del lavoro e assicurarsi di allegare i documenti pertinenti.The roleYou will take ownership of all construction and integration activities relating to Living Quarters, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and timelines.What you’ll be doingManaging day-to-day construction activities for the LQ module at yard or site.Supervising multidisciplinary teams across civil, architectural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and telecoms.Overseeing fit-out, finishes, furnishings, insulation, and architectural elements.Coordinating installation of critical systems including HVAC, firefighting, PA/GA, lighting, and lifesaving equipment.Working closely with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.Monitoring progress, participating in coordination meetings, and resolving site issuesEnsuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards (e.g. NORSOK, SOLAS, IMO, ABS, DNV).Enforcing HSE requirements including PTW, confined space, scaffolding, and hot work controls.Supporting mechanical completion, punch listing, pre-commissioning, and handover activities.What we’re looking forDegree-qualified (or equivalent) with 8+ years’ relevant experience.Strong background in offshore Living Quarters or similar facilities.Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction scopes.Good understanding of offshore habitability, fire safety, and escape systems.Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. xdwybme Confident communicator with solid reporting ability.
