We are looking for a Lean Process Engineer to support LU-VE Group. In your role you will report to the Plant Lean Process Manager and you will be part of Lean process Engineering Department. You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Alonte (VI), Italy. Mission of the role To improve the Plant productivity and competitiveness, through involving our people on Lean principles & methods implementation, and applying new technologies and automation starting from manufacturing processes You will be in charge of Standard Routings definition and calculation Analyzing and managing production flow processes Calculating and managing time for each process phase Implementing standard routings to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manufacturing Softwares Key User Managing and optimizing the software used in production Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support Standard Operating Procedures creation Support to creation and maintenance SOP Time measurement method standardization and training Measure times and analysis Definition of standard measurement methods and modules Efficiency and Productivity improvement projects OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation monitoring Performance and Cycle Time Benchmarking by Product and Process Collecting and analyzing data on performance and cycle times Comparing performance with industry standards or best practices Identifying improvement opportunities based on benchmarking results Production Line balancing Analyzing workload and capacity of production lines Implementing strategies to balance workload and optimize resource use Continuously monitoring and adjusting line balancing Feasibility analysis and Processes definition Evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of new products, improvements process or new investment to increase efficiency and reduce costs Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement new processes Education & Experience we are looking for A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering or Technical Diploma. Experience: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record in time measurement. (using a stopwatch) Qualifications we are looking for Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of Autocad 2D and preferable knowledge of 3D modeling (Inventor, Solidworks) knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferable) Leadership: Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to train staff and communicate with all levels of the organization. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with lean production principles and expertise in time and methods analysis. Understanding of ergonomics concepts and index Knowledge of production cycles, phases, and bill of materials Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure processes are thoroughly evaluated and optimized. Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing business environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Lean Principle and Methods knowledge could be a differential.
