We are seeking a Replenishment Assistant to join our Industrial Department at Bolton Food & Trimarine, based in Italy.
How you make the difference:
You will work closely with your manager to optimize replenishment processes, manage re-ordering of raw materials to meet production plans, and optimize stock levels.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing daily contacts with suppliers for goods delivery;
* Controlling raw material and stock levels according to parameters and production plans;
* Planning and managing shipments to foreign countries and transfers between warehouses and suppliers;
* Preparing periodic reports on stocks and other metrics;
* Assisting in sourcing feasibility analysis for new products;
* Collaborating with the QC team to manage goods blockages and unblockings.
Your team:
You will be part of the Industrial Team at the Aprilia Plant, reporting to the Replenishment Specialist, working alongside the Quality Control, HSE, Production, and Planning teams.
What makes you a great fit:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel;
* Proactive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with stakeholders.
