HUGO BOSS Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, your goal will be to support the Store Manager in the overall management of the store and contribute to its productivity. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the Store Manager to ensure the achievement and surpassing of productivity, sales, and profitability targets.
2. Contributing to sales, profit, and productivity goals to maximize customer conversion and sales results through careful KPI monitoring.
3. Ensuring the store maintains high standards in presentation, cleanliness, staff appearance, and customer service.
4. Collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure staff are well-trained in sales techniques and updated on new products.
5. Supporting the onboarding of new staff through programs like Sell Like a Boss, the Five Principles, the Hugo Boss Experience Program, HB University, and others.
6. Working closely with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees.
7. Leading the in-store digital experience using all company systems (BIS, SAP, SOVIA, MOCCA, OMNICHANNEL, ZUCCHETTI, etc.).
8. Supporting the Store Manager in creating action plans to improve store commercial results.
9. Creating and maintaining an open, positive, and harmonious work environment.
10. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, promoting and safeguarding the brand's values and philosophy, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
* Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
* Autonomy in guiding and motivating a team with clear communication and feedback.
* Ability to prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks while paying attention to detail.
* Knowledge of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
* Experience in a luxury fashion retail environment, preferably in a progressive leadership role for at least 3 years.
* Excellent skills in analyzing retail KPIs and developing strategic plans, with strong organizational abilities.
* Fluent in English.
* Proficiency in Office Suite, Outlook, and various retail devices.
