Applications from abroad are welcome, provided the candidate has a solid understanding of the Italian legal and regulatory framework applicable to EHS matters.brstrongResponsibilitiesbr/strongulliEnsure full compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, including the conditions of the AIA permit and relevant national/international legislation. /liliDevelop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems in line with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and corporate standards. /liliLead site EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and manage corrective and preventive actions. /liliCoordinate environmental monitoring and reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with authorities and corporate stakeholders. /liliPromote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility through training, awareness campaigns, and active employee engagement. /liliInvestigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective measures. /liliServe as the main point of contact with local authorities for EHS matters, including regulatory inspections and permit updates. /liliSupport the implementation of corporate sustainability and EHS initiatives at site level. /liliLead the emergency preparedness and response programs, ensuring plans are in place, tested, and understood. /liliReport EHS KPIs and performance metrics to both local and corporate management.br/li /ulstrongQualificationsbr/strongulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in an EHS leadership role within a high-risk industrial environment (e.g., chemical, energy, heavy industry). /liliIn-depth knowledge of AIA regulations and continuous process operations. /liliStrong understanding of EHS management systems and regulatory compliance. /liliExperience working in a multinational organization is preferred. /liliRSPP qualification or willingness to obtain it is a plus. /liliExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. /liliFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
