As the business enters an ambitious growth phase, Pricing is evolving beyond traditional actuarial support into a strategic function focused on portfolio steering, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making.We are building a team that combines actuarial expertise with strong analytical and data capabilities to support underwriting excellence and sustainable performance.Location: This position will be based out of our European offices (preferably Milan or Madrid). We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.Our business, Your impact, Shared opportunityWhat You’ll Be DoingSupport case pricing activities across Corporate and Specialty lines of businessAnalyze exposure and claims data to derive pricing assumptions and technical insightsContribute to the development and enhancement of pricing tools and methodologiesPerform portfolio monitoring activities, including A vs E analysis and performance reportingSupport dashboard development and management information reporting through data manipulation and analysisAssist in MGA onboarding and delegated authority pricing reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical assumptions and portfolio viewsWhat You’ll BringDegree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or a related quantitative discipline0–3 years of experience in actuarial, analytical, or data-focused roles (insurance experience is an advantage but not mandatory)Strong quantitative and analytical capabilitiesAdvanced Excel skills; knowledge of dataanalysis tools such as R, Python, SQL, or Power BI is highly valuedAbility to work with large datasets and interpret results in a business contextStrong attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solvingEffective communication skills and collaborative mindsetOur BenefitsWe continuously evaluate and update our benefit programs to ensure that our plans meet the needs of our employees and their dependents.
