- Leads the work of Food and Beverage attendants in the preparation of fast food.
- Works with other members of the shift, setting pace, demonstrating proper work methods, conducting on-the-job training, and communicating work assignments to the workers being lead.
- Collects sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons, and makes change as necessary. Maintains related cash records.
- Bakes various items, sets up coffee makers and brews various coffees, i.e., espresso. Sets up counters and display cases with condiments and baked goods. **Requirements**:

- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually. **Qualifications**:
Experience or training that indicates sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position consistent with acceptable practices of the trade.

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest. **FWS Allowances and Differentials**
- All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater vantaggi to the employee.
- Regular full-time, regular part-time (to include those in a limited tenure appointment category) and regularly scheduled flexible employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 7.5% for the entire shift when a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 1500 and 2400. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 2300-0800. **Incentives and Bonuses**
