Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure on GKE while optimizing CI/CD pipelines and artifact management. You collaborate with R&D;, QA, and external partners to uphold security, compliance, and high availability. You drive DevOps culture, improve workflows, and enable efficient software procurement and licensing practices for the R&D; teams. This position offers hands‑on work with modern tooling to shape reliable, secure software delivery at scale.

- Design, implement and maintain scalable infrastructure on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Administer and optimize GitLab for source code management, CI/CD pipelines, developer productivity, and security controls
- Manage Jenkins automation servers including configuration, plugins, and upgrades
- Oversee JFrog Artifactory administration, repository management and CI/CD integration
- Coordinate with external consulting agencies for JFrog Build maintenance and best‑practice adoption
- Develop and improve CI/CD workflows across R&D; teams
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high service availability
- Collaborate with R&D; and QA to promote DevOps culture and streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data protection requirements
- Act as primary point of contact for R&D; software procurement and licensing
- Support vendor assessment, cost‑agevolazioni analyses, and contract renewals
- Provide guidance on software usage policies and procurement workflows
Responsabilità
- 2-3 years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles
- Hands‑on experience with GKE: cluster deployment, workload management, monitoring, networking
- GitLab administration: runners, CI/CD configuration, project/group management, security settings
- Jenkins administration: pipeline creation, plugin management, performance tuning
- JFrog Artifactory: repository setup and CI/CD integration
- Docker and Kubernetes concepts
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices
- Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
