Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B; Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager, the F&B; Manager will be in charge of both F&B; and Culinary departments.
This position supports the smooth running of daily F&B; operations across the restaurant, room service, events, and culinary teams. It combines hands-on involvement with team coordination, guest experience, and operational standards.
We’re looking for someone collaborative, with a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to make a meaningful impact through their work.
