Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies.
In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Customer Service Junior.
Under the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.
Activities:
Pick up costumer incoming calls
Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
Data entry within a business management system
Back office
Requirements:
High school diploma
English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred
The ability to respond appropriately under pressure
Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
SAP knowledge may be advantageous
The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
