1. Subject of the Contract

This page, which should be read carefully, states the \"General Conditions\" governing the use of the portal Synergie(hereinafter the \"Portal\") of Synergie(hereinafter the \"Company\"). To use the services offered on our Portal you will have to accept these General Conditions by clicking on the dedicated button. In case you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this portal and the services offered. The Company reserves the right to modify at any time the present Terms without notice. The terms \"you\" and \"User\" hereinafter used, indicate the natural and legal access for any reason this Website.

2. Permitted use of the Portal
