PbBusiness Development Manager /b /ppbFISH Diagnostics and LBC – U.S. Market /b /p pAliko Scientific is a global group leading the advancement of oncology diagnostics. Through its U.S.-based company bIkonisys /b, and its European cytology branch bHospitex International /b, Aliko delivers cutting-edge, fully automated platforms for bFISH (Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization) /b and bLiquid-Based Cytology (LBC) /b. /p pWe are now seeking a bfull-time Business Development Manager /b based in Florence, with extensive travel in US, to lead the expansion of our FISH LBC diagnostics business across the United States. /p pbPosition Overview /b /ppAs bBusiness Development Manager /b, you will report directly to the Group CEO and be responsible for executing Aliko’s commercial strategy for FISH diagnostics in the U.S. market. You will act as the strategic driver for client acquisition, distributor management, and revenue growth, while working closely with marketing, clinical, and technical teams based in the U.S. and Europe. /p pbPrimary Responsibilities: /b /pulliTranslate corporate strategy into executable commercial plans for the FISH diagnostics segment and LBC /liliLead market development and customer engagement efforts, identifying and converting new business opportunities. /liliBuild and manage strategic relationships with clinical laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic groups. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, regulatory, legal) to ensure smooth execution. /liliRepresent the company at scientific conferences, trade shows, and partner meetings. /liliProvide accurate forecasts, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management. /liliSupport the scaling of the FISH LBC business through validated models and partnerships. /li /ul pbCandidate Requirements /b /ppbr/ppbEducation: /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in bBiology /b, bBiotechnology /b, or a related medicine/scientific discipline. /li /ul pbExperience: /b /pulliMinimum 5 years in business development or commercial leadership within the life sciences or diagnostics industry. /liliStrong track record as product specialist (5 years) in molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, or oncology testing markets (FISH or LBC experience highly preferred). /liliExperience with U.S. healthcare and diagnostic lab systems. /liliSuccess in managing B2B relationships and closing complex deals. /li /ul pbSkills: /b /pulliFluent English and Italian required; additional languages are a plus. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong execution focus. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating across international teams. /liliProficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms. /li /ul pbLocation: /b /pulliBased in Florence, Italy with 50% time of travel along U.S. /liliWillingness to travel nationally and occasionally to Europe. /li /ul pbWhat We Offer /b /pulliFull-time, permanent position (RAL/GAS 50k) OR Fulltime Temporary Manager Consultant equivalent cost /liliDynamic international environnement /li /ulpbr/ppbr/p
