<p><strong>HR Generalist</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Philogen S.p.A.</strong> is a Swiss-Italian integrated biotechnology company, founded in 1996, focused on the development of innovative biopharmaceutical products for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an <strong>HR Generalist</strong> to join our Human Resources Department at our headquarters in <strong>Siena</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is an opportunity for a motivated and proactive person who wants to develop broad, hands-on experience across the main areas of Human Resources, including personnel administration, recruitment, attendance management, HR reporting, internal coordination and employee support.</p><p><br></p><p>The position is suitable both for candidates who have already gained initial experience in HR and for bright junior profiles with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, curiosity and a genuine interest in developing within Human Resources. We are looking for someone reliable, smart and eager to learn, who is willing to grow in a structured, international and scientifically driven corporate environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><p>The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and will be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including:</p><ul><li>supporting personnel administration processes and ensuring accurate management of employee records and HR documentation;</li><li>contributing to recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication;</li><li>supporting the onboarding process for new employees;</li><li>assisting in the monthly attendance management process and related checks;</li><li>contributing to HR reporting activities, including workforce data analysis and personnel cost monitoring;</li><li>supporting employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related operational matters;</li><li>assisting in the preparation and maintenance of HR procedures, templates and internal documentation;</li><li>contributing to the continuous improvement of HR tools, processes and workflows;</li><li>supporting, when required, the organization of corporate events, internal initiatives and HR-related activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate has:</p><ul><li>a degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;</li><li>strong interest in Human Resources, labour law, personnel administration and people management processes;</li><li>previous experience in HR administration, HR operations, recruitment or similar roles will be considered a plus, but we are also open to evaluating bright junior candidates with strong potential, motivation and willingness to learn;</li><li>good command of English, both written and spoken;</li><li>good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;</li><li>excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;</li><li>accuracy, reliability, discretion and confidentiality;</li><li>proactive attitude, flexibility and willingness to learn across different areas of Human Resources.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></p><p>The following will be considered a plus:</p><ul><li>previous experience in structured companies, consultancy firms or international environments;</li><li>further studies or specialization in Human Resources Management, Labour Law or Personnel Administration;</li><li>familiarity with attendance management, HR reporting or personnel cost analysis;</li><li>experience with HR software, digital HR tools or internal reporting systems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>the opportunity to join a growing biotech company with an international outlook;</li><li>direct exposure to a broad range of HR processes and activities;</li><li>hands-on training and close collaboration with experienced HR professionals;</li><li>the possibility to develop as an HR Generalist within a structured HR function;</li><li>increasing autonomy and responsibility based on skills, attitude and performance;</li><li>collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and scientifically driven environment;</li><li>employment conditions in line with the candidate’s experience and background.</li><li>An salary package ranging from €25,000 to €37,000, depending on experience and profile.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job location</strong></p><p><strong>Sovicille, Siena, Italy</strong></p><p>On-site position.</p><p><br></p><p><em>We invite interested candidates to submit their applications expressly authorizing the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.
