AWS helps customers transform across trading lifecycle phases and supports the technology requirements of regulatory-compliant environments.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on Financial Services accountsDrive revenue growth and customer adoption across buy-side, sell-side, and market infrastructure segmentsBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accountsDevelop and execute territory strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and drive expansionPartner with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions across the trading lifecycleNavigate complex sales cycles in organizations with conservative risk management cultures and stringent regulatory requirementsFoster collaboration across AWS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for trading platforms, data analytics, HPC workloads, and risk management systemsBasic Qualifications5+ years of senior leadership, or 10+ years of technology sales experienceExperience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technicalBachelor\'s degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketingDeep understanding of Financial Services business models, workflows, and technology requirementsPreferred QualificationsExperience with emerging Financial Services Industry trendsTrack record of driving measurable business outcomes for customersAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
