For our Group Controlling team, we are looking for a Logistics Controller who will be responsible for the Nordic and Central Europe Logistic costs, and for the European Repack Costs. You will be working in a context which is characterized by great dynamicity, where prices and operational KPIs change often, and business dynamics varies rapidly. Therefore, we look for a proactive and curious professional, open to any input from the environment and driving for results. The position will report to the Logistics Controlling Senior Manager, and it will be based in our Headquarters in Parma. Job purpose The role is - the finance point of reference of the Logistics Nordic and Central Europe team, and of the Nordic and Central Europe Regions Finance teams, for logistics. - the finance point of reference, at Group level, for the repack and rework cost controlling process He\She will conduct all planning and controlling activities for the Nordic and Central Europe Logistic Network (domestic and export flows), steering, in co-operation with Logistics, the effective management of logistic costs, to support the Company in its path to a financially sustainable growth. He\She will also work in close relations the other members of the Logistic Controllers community, to supply insights on logistic costs to the controllers of all markets He\She will be the expert of repack ework cost controlling topics for the Group and will be directly in charge of the repack/rework cost budgeting, forecasting, and controlling process for all European (Italy included) warehouses. He\She will contribute as partner to Finance and Supply Chain Transformation Projects Key Accountabilities Budget and forecasts of logistic costs: - Partner with Logistics Nordic and Central Europe, to build budget and forecasts costs assumptions (KPIs, Cost Saving Projects, Variance Analysis) - Execute budgeting and forecasting activities in the finance System, making sure that the P&L Variance Analysis in the system is reconciled with the assumptions - Provide insights on budget/forecast logs to Market / Business Controllers In the repack area, He\She will contribute to: - all projects aimed at recovering profitability through the reshaping of reworked/repacked products and activities - all projects dealing with the completeness and effectiveness of the finance processes/solutions to control repack ework costs Furthermore, He\She will be in charge of the repack/rework cost budgeting, forecasting, and controlling process for all European warehouses. Contribute as partner to Finance and Supply Chain Transformation Projects Monthly Closures of logistic costs: - Execute operational tasks (accruals, cost allocations, consistency checks) - Carry out reporting of KPIs, Variances and Cost Savings Projects - Build the Variance Analysis Report - Monthly communications of closure’s outcomes to all stakeholders Support to Business Cases: partner with Supply Chain stakeholders (Logistics, Integrated Planning, Network Design, Integrated Customer Service) and with the Logistic Controller community, to deliver logs for business-driven initiatives. The Individual - Business acumen - Fast thinker, with an agile approach and able to build strong professional relationship, working effectively with diverse teams. - Analytical mindset, precision and focus on details, emotional intelligence. - University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Philosophy, Math, Physics or equivalent. - 2 years of experience in controlling or in Supply Chain. - Italian and English fluent; the knowledge of one additional foreign language is a plus; - Familiarity with SAP ECC, BPC, MS Office Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), Teams, Power BI.
