This belief guides the way we work, the design decisions we make, and the relationships we build every day. /p pDesigning human experiences for complex technologies. /p h3Position /h3 pTo strengthen our HMI group, we are looking for a UX Designer to contribute to the design of human–machine interfaces for complex systems. /p pThe role involves working across different project phases, collaborating with UI designers and engineers to translate user needs and system requirements into clear, usable, and coherent interaction solutions. /p ul liContribute to the design of user-centered HMI solutions for complex systems, working across different project phases from early concepts to design refinement. /li liSupport the definition of interaction flows, information architecture, and UX design rationale in collaboration with UI designers and engineers. /li liTranslate user needs, system requirements, and technical constraints into clear and usable interaction solutions. /li liCollaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency between interaction design, visual design, and system implementation. /li liParticipate in iterative design processes, incorporating feedback from usability evaluations, testing activities, and project reviews. /li liContribute to the preparation of design documentation and project deliverables for industrial partners. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related fields. /li liSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design methodologies. /li liExperience in designing HMI or digital interfaces for complex systems. /li liAbility to work with design and prototyping tools, including Figma, to create and communicate interaction solutions. /li liCapability to translate user needs, system requirements, and technical constraints into structured UX solutions. /li liExperience working in multidisciplinary teams alongside UI designers and engineers. /li liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Other information /h3 pSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. /p pLocation: Based in Reggio Emilia /p pWe build technology for people—and that same principle guides how we work together.
