This belief guides the way we work, the design decisions we make, and the relationships we build every day. /p pDesigning human experiences for complex technologies. /p h3Position /h3 pTo strengthen our HMI and design activities, we are looking for a UX Designer to support the definition and structuring of interaction concepts for complex digital systems. /p pThe role focuses on user experience analysis, interaction flow definition, and the preparation of structured functional documentation, working closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liConduct benchmark and competitive analysis to support design decisions and feature definition. /li liDefine and structure interaction flows, use cases, and user journeys for digital systems. /li liTranslate user needs and system requirements into clear and coherent interaction concepts. /li liContribute to the drafting of functional specifications related to user interaction and system behavior. /li liPrepare and maintain structured UX documentation to support development and validation activities. /li liCollaborate with system engineers, software developers, and UI designers throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or related fields. /li liSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design methodologies. /li liExperience in defining interaction flows and functional UX documentation. /li liStrong analytical and structuring skills. /li liAbility to translate complex system behaviors into clear user interaction logic. /li liExperience working in multidisciplinary technical environments. /li liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Other information /h3 pSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.br/ /p pLocation: Based in Reggio Emilia /p pWe build technology for people—and that same principle guides how we work together.
