Mercer Italy is looking candidates to join through an exciting and fruitful internship in the HR Digital Transformation Team based in Milan. The role involves designing and delivering projects related to HR process digitalization, cloud system development, HRT roadmap design, and tools implementation.

* perform analysis with guidance and instruction;
* assist in drafting reports for clients with guidance and direction (both in Italian and English);
* work on the most innovative technologies like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle and others;
* learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies;
* take part in designing new and innovative solutions in the Human Capital area, HR transformation and data‐driven organization design;
* balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines;
* work directly with internal and external client counterparts, other project leads, and ongoing operations to deliver successful implementation and manage scope;
* support HR transformation roadmap and digital feasibility for our customers;
* Contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services;
* Understand and map our clients' end‐to‐end HR processes and collaborate closely with HR Advisory to propose improvements in the HR processes;
* Support and implement our clients' requirements into an HR IT system and follow‐up after the go‐live data to respond to questions or concerns;
* Work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.
What you need to have? xrdztoy
* Master's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), Economics, Informatics, Organization and Psychology or similar;
* fluency in both Italian and English languages;
* excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook);
* a strong passion for technology and innovation, process re‐engineering, analytics and technology trends on one hand and for HR sector on the other hand;
* strong organizational and communication skills;
* strong results orientation and attention to details;
* knowledge of digital, social and business networks will be considered a plus.
