Through Avvale FORWARD, our Digital Advisory company, we support clients in complex transformation journeys, combining business advisory, process excellence, service design and digital innovation, with a strong focus on people, sustainability and emerging technologies.

Join our Avvale FORWARD team as a Senior Business Advisor & Business Process Innovation Specialist and become a key player in driving innovation. Collaborate with top Italian and international companies across diverse industries to design impactful solutions and deliver tangible results.
As a Senior Process & Digital Transformation Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor for Italian and international clients, supporting them in reimagining business processes, organizational models and digital solutions.
You'll understand client needs and how business processes can be optimized, translate business needs into requirements and design digital solutions for the competitive advantage with fucus on the transition from linear to circular economy.

You will be part of a working group that deals with ambitious growth projects in the field of digital & business transformation, bringing know-how of business process best-practices, methodological approaches and digital solutions.

You will be responsible for:
* Lead business process assessments to identify inefficiencies, pain points and improvement opportunities
* Design target business processes and organizational models, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches
* Translate business needs into advisory roadmaps and digital solution concepts, in collaboration with technology experts
* Provide a key costribution as SME in workshops and co-design sessions with client stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment
* Produce high-quality consulting deliverables, autonomously and in line with Avvale FORWARD standards, for C-level audiences
* Effectively communicate to client leaders and their teams to identify opportunities, challenges and drive change by proposing innovative solutions
* Your role will require you to be always on top of new solutions, to study and evaluate them with a critical approach to understand if they could generate business by solving client problems. As Avvale FORWARD Advisor we do not consider this a responsibility, we consider this an attitude
* Contribute to the growth of the team by mentoring, coaching and sharing knowledge
* Support presales activities and the evolution of internal practices, methodologies and assets
Your responsibilities will not be limited to advisory delivery areas but will also include Presales Activities, and Support to the evolution of the practice internal competencies, procedures and resources.
Required skills
* 5+ years of experience in management consulting or advisory roles
* Strong expertise in business process analysis and design, within one or more functional areas (e.g. procurement, sales, operations) or industries
* Solid understanding of process improvement frameworks and business process representation (eg. BPMN)
* Certification in process improvement disciplines (such as Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt or Business Process Management (e.g. BPMN, CBPP))
* Service Design / Design Thinking (recognized certification programs) is cosidered strong plus
* Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies, Service Design /Co-Design methodologies and innovation frameworks (like Service deisgn and Co-Design)
* Passion for digital technologies, innovation and innovative business models
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
* Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
