Role: Junior Office Administrator
Administration
Provide general administrative support including document and personal files management, filing, and correspondence.
Assist in managing office supplies
Ensure compliance with employee regulations, internal payroll procedures, other internal polices and audit requirements
Payroll Support
Collect, verify, and input employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll data for approval.
Liaise with Finance manager and employees to resolve payroll-related queries.
Prepare bank deposits, expense reports, and petty cash records.
Support month-end closing with journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
~2 years of experience in administration, accounting, or payroll (internships included).
~ Written and spoken English
~ Familiarity with accounting software (will be a plus)
~ Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
~ Basic understanding of payroll processes and accounting principles.
~ Ability to work with confidential data and information; Employment based on job contract
