Role OverviewWe are hiring an Operations Manager to run the systems and processes that keep the business moving. The role spans planning, vendor management, and continuous improvement — turning operational chaos into reliable execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Own operational processes across multiple teams or business areas
* Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs
* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals
* Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives
* Coordinate cross-functional projects to completion
* Report on operational health to leadership on a regular cadence
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years in operations, project management, or COO-org roles
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
* Experience with project management and operations tools (Asana, Notion, Monday)
* Comfort owning vendor and budget relationships
* Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
* Process-minded and bias for documenting how things work
