We are looking for a Senior-LevelMechanical Designer with at least 5years of experiencein the design and development ofconsumer electronic productsto join our technical team.
The candidate will be involved in the full product development cycle — from concept design to industrialization — and will collaborate closely with the electronics, industrial design, and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities3D design and modeling of mechanical components and assemblies for electronic products.
Technical development of mechanical solutions integrated with PCBs, wiring, connectors, and both off-the-shelf and custom components.
Material selection and validation based on functional, aesthetic, and manufacturing requirements.
Collaboration with suppliers and partners for prototyping and production ramp-up.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (2D drawings, BOMs, technical specifications).
Daily interaction with industrial design, electronics, quality, and manufacturing teams.
RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 5years of experiencein mechanical design of electronic products (preferably in the consumer sector).
Proficient in 3D CAD software SolidWorks.
Hands-on experience witha wide range of materials: plastics (injection molding), sheet metal, die-cast or forged metals, wood, rubber, and their respective surface finishes.
Familiarity withPCBs, wiring, cable assemblies, connectors, and mechanical integration of electronic components.
Knowledge of prototyping techniques and production technologies.
Team player with strong problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Nice to HaveExperience in design-driven and innovation-focused companies.
Knowledge of design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA).
Knowledge of computer aided engineering applications.
Basic understanding of electronics and/or lab testing.
Knowledge of devices for musical production and reproduction.
