Work Location: Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the styling design of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), covering the entire design and development process from competitor analysis, sketching, rendering, and clay model guidance to data guidance and prototype vehicle follow-up. 1.Develop design directions based on design analysis, product strategy, and positioning, providing diverse and innovative design solutions to meet brand and user needs. 2.Create high-quality design sketches, renderings, and Alias wireframe models, collaborating with and guiding modelers to produce models that meet aesthetic and engineering requirements. 3.Ensure the design quality of drawings, models, and data. 4.Collaborate with Alias modelers and engineers on data design and development. 5.Follow up on exterior confirmation and PQ (Perceived Quality) refinement during the prototype vehicle phase. 6.Conduct regular analysis, summarization, and documentation of design materials, work processes, and deliverables at each project stage. 7.Improve work methods and processes to enhance efficiency and design quality. Qualifications: Education: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transportation Design (Art), Industrial Design (Art), or a related field. Experience: 2.Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation design; preference given to candidates with experience in ATV, motorcycle, or automotive styling design. Technical Skills: 1.Excellent hand-drawing skills and outstanding 2D rendering abilities. 2.Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender and Sub-D for rapid modeling, with operational knowledge of Alias and NX. 3.Understanding of clay model-making processes, including basic shaping and adjustment skills. 4.Foundational knowledge of product structure, materials, color schemes, and manufacturing processes. 5.Strong analytical and flexible thinking, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills. Fluent English communication skills.
