Job Description
We are looking for a management profile capable of leading the existing team, consolidating its structure and defining new processes, with a view to improving the forecasting ability and accuracy of campaign accordance with the General Manager he/she will: Define and implement new processes in order to improve business monitoring;
Supervise customer management and ensure correct flow in campaign delivery;
Manage reporting for the leadership team, ensuring accuracy, synthesis and implementing new control tools with respect to KPIs vital to management;
Directly manage complex customers, in the onboarding, integration, delivery and post-campaign phases;
Interface with agencies and media centers to supervise and manage communication flows and determine the commercial metrics due based on the sales team's agreements (rebate, tech fees, special projects, ;
Hire, coach and manage the team;
Assist the General Manager, managing strategic issues for the Italian country.
