This hybrid role combines strong coordination skills with proactive engagement—including cold calling and prospect follow‑up—to help grow our sales pipeline and ensure smooth customer journeys. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure opportunities are captured, documented, and delivered efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales Coordination & Administration Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for AI Cash Management, ESL, and Digital Signage solutions.\nMaintain CRM data accuracy across leads, opportunities, and client accounts.\nSupport the scheduling of demos, product presentations, and client meetings.\nTrack order fulfilment and installation progress in coordination with logistics and technical teams.\nAssist with internal documentation, pricing updates, and partner correspondence. Lead Generation & Cold Calling Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients across the retail sector to identify new business opportunities.\nQualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or product demos for the sales team.\nFollow up on marketing campaigns, event leads, and inbound inquiries.\nMaintain detailed records of outreach activities, conversations, and next steps in the CRM.\nCollaborate with marketing on targeted calling lists and prospect engagement strategies. Customer & Project Support Act as a point of contact for clients on order updates and documentation.\nCoordinate with cross‑functional teams (Technical, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution.\nSupport client onboarding and after‑sales service coordination.\nHelp prepare implementation documents and client handover. Reporting & Analysis Generate regular sales activity and pipeline reports for management review.\nMonitor key metrics such as lead conversion, quotation turnaround, and sales pipeline performance.\nProvide insights on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. Key Skills & Competencies Confident and professional telephone manner; comfortable with cold calling and outreach.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nProficiency with CRM systems.\nWorking knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present sales data.\nCustomer‑centric, detail‑oriented, and proactive in follow‑up.\nAbility to work effectively with both sales and technical colleagues.
