From its Spanish origin, it is today one of the worldwide leading companies in the sector, with a portfolio of more than 15 brands operating in more than 80 countries. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbJOB BRIEFING /b /ppThe overall goal of the Brand Activation Manager is to make Zamora Company’s brands more relevant within key stakeholders in the Italian on-trade as well as to support the Area Management on key international projects- The focus brands will be bMartin Miller’s Gin (80%) /b and bLicor 43 (20%) /b. /ppOn the bconceptual side /b, the Brand Activation Manager will work closely with the Global Marketing and Activation team to ensure concepts are relevant for the key outlets and can be effectively implemented in the local market. /ppOn the bexecutional side /b, the role will support and challenge our distributor, Compagnia dei Caraibi (CDC), to deliver activities of the highest possible quality within the most relevant universe for the brands. /ppThe Brand Activation Manager will also monitor the performance of activations, benchmark across outlets, and facilitate learnings to continuously improve execution and impact. /ppbr/ppThe Location is ideally Rome, other locations in Italy can be considered. /ppbr/ppbMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbDriving Success in Italian On Trade /b /pulliDrive and support the execution standards at the point of sales in collaboration with global marketing and CDC /liliSupport and challenge the CDC team to overachieve the targets set for the CDC sales team /liliManage the activation of Martin Miller’s Gin in the most relevant outlets, with a strong focus on bdriving rotation as well as visibility /b. /liliDevelop and implement a brand market segmentation for the Zamora brands and drive the implementation /li /ulpbr/ppbSupporting international development /b /pulliLead glo-cal activation programmes across the on-trade and event universe. /liliAdapt global concepts to the Italian market in collaboration with the Global Marketing Activation team - support and manage brand trainings in international market based on defined projects /liliBuild and. /liliRepresent Zamora brands during special events and with strategic customers. /li /ulpbr/ppbCapability Building Communication /b /pullibSecure high-leve /bl communication and training materials for CDC teams and customers and support international synergies. /liliDevelop and deliver workshops and training to drive focus and executional excellence in Italy and internationally within defined projects. /liliAct as the national lead and international deputy for brand–customer programmes, ensuring strong alignment and delivery. /li /ulpbr/ppbPerformance Budget Management /b /pulliManage own AP budget and activation calendar, aligned with yearly brand plans. /liliTrack and evaluate KPIs, with brotation of Martin Miller’s Gin /b as a key measure of success, alongside visibility, engagement, and sales impact. /liliMonitor outlet-level performance, benchmark across countries, and facilitate the sharing of best practices. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppb REQUIREMENTS SKILLS /b /pulliSolid experience in the bHoReCa channel /b, ideally within bspirits or premium beverages /b. /liliStrong knowledge of bbartending, mixology, and hospitality dynamics /b. /liliExcellent bpresentation, communication, and negotiation skills /b. /liliA bnatural networker and strong team player /b, able to inspire and collaborate across distributor and internal teams. /liliInterest in blifestyle, fashion, and emerging trends /b, with the ability to translate them into relevant brand activations. /liliWillingness to work during bevenings and weekends /b when required by activations or events. /liliGood understanding of bsocial media tools /b and how to amplify offline activations digitally. /liliAnalytical and financially literate, with proven experience in bAP budget management and KPI tracking /b. /liliFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppAt Zamora Company, our team is our number one priority.
