The Franchise Lead owns the PL, defines the strategic direction, and leads Sales Marketing teams while ensuring full cross‑functional alignment and consistency with GSK’s global and regional priorities. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbStrategy Governance /b /pulliOwn the Franchise PL, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and delivery of business objectives. /liliTranslate global and regional strategies into a clear, actionable bNational Franchise Plan /b. /liliLead launch readiness and lifecycle management for Franchise assets—including new indications, new product launches, and late‑stage assets in ovarian and endometrial cancer. /liliChair cross‑functional governance (Medical, Market Access, IHSM, Regulatory, Supply), ensuring defined stage gates and clear decision rights. /liliOversee the development and execution of bIntegrated Launch/Asset Plans /b, including evidence dissemination, access milestones, and supply chain readiness. /li /ulpbGo-to-Market Commercial Excellence /b /pulliDesign the go‑to‑market model, optimizing segmentation, targeting, and territory planning to maximize penetration and ROI. /liliLead the omnichannel commercial strategy, ensuring promotional compliance and delivering an engaging and differentiated customer experience for oncologists and gynecologic oncologists. /liliDevelop bdifferentiated value propositions /b grounded in clinical insights, real‑world evidence, and unmet needs in bovarian and endometrial cancer /b. /liliPartner with Market Access on HTA, pricing, and access strategies, integrating clinical evidence and health‑system value. /li /ulpbPeople Leadership Field Readiness /b /pulliLead and develop the Marketing and Sales teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance. /liliEnsure field readiness through role‑based training, coaching, objection‑handling tools, and structured sales enablement programs. /liliEnable partnerships bwith KOLs, scientific societies, patient associations, and centers of excellence /b in oncology and gynecologic oncology, acting as GSK’s key external representative for the Onco‑Gynecology Franchise. /li /ulpbBusiness Performance Continuous Improvement /b /pulliConduct performance reviews using defined KPIs, applying a btest–learn–scale /b approach to optimize post‑launch performance across different lifecycle stages. /liliEnsure coordination across supply, demand planning, distribution, and patient support programs. /liliIdentify and implement binnovative initiatives to expand access /b and improve outcomes for patients living with ovarian and endometrial cancer. /li /ulpbExperience Skills /b /ppbProfessional Experience /b /pulli10+ years in commercial and/or marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years leading launches and cross‑functional launch governance. /liliStrong experience in bOncology /b, preferably bOnco‑Gynecology /b, and exposure to both bmature markets /b and bnew product launches /b across different lifecycle phases. /liliProven track record in managing and growing strategic franchises or high‑priority assets. /liliPreference for profiles with Global or Regional launch experience with experience leading Oncology product launches including cross‑functional readiness, stakeholder engagement, commercialization strategy and measurable market access/uptake outcomes. /liliProven experience in customer insight generation, commercial analytics and performance measurement. /liliFluent in Italian and English language (spoken and written) is required. /li /ulpbTechnical Leadership Skills /b /pulliDemonstrated collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs, and enabling functions, with the ability to translate evidence into compelling value narratives. /liliStrong people leadership, decisive execution, and excellent executive communication. /liliProficiency in data analytics, AI tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel platforms. /liliExperience in field force effectiveness, change leadership, and capability‑building within commercial teams. /li /ulpWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
