POSITION - Guarantee the stock target achievement cooperating in the definition of High Jewelry production plan and Stones Open to buy. - Cooperate with product development, marketing and purchasing departments in order to monitor the High Jewelry production plan and the Open to Buy value. - Support in generating High Jewelry periodic forecast and supply plans on finished products to maximize sales, in compliance with the year-end inventory target. - Monitor High Jewelry finished products and raw materials stock value. - Develop, track and refine key operating performance metrics concerning inventory and Supply Chain performances - Cooperate to the generation and coordination of the official Jewelry Business Unit Reporting (3 Year Plan, Firm Budget and relevant revisions, Business Review) ensuring data consistency. - Act as a key player in the generation of ad hoc analysis/presentations aimed at business monitoring for the Business Unit. - Cooperate within the department to the release of the main reports supporting the decision making. - Promote and support the development of new analysis and monitoring tools. PROFILE Qualifications / Professional Capabilities - Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain - At least 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain role - Ability to analyse data and draw down key conclusions and actions - Aptitude to understand complex processes - Knowledge of planning logics and inventory management techniques - Excellent knowledge of Excel (power pivot and power BI) - Fluency in Italian and English Personal competencies - Strong Interpersonal Competencies - Teamworking - Commitment - Accuracy - Curious and Innovative Approach - Flexibility
