This is an interesting professional opportunity to join a leading company in the "Lifting Solutions" sector, located in the province of Reggio Emilia, with the strategic role of "Teamlead Supply Quality Management Hydraulic, Cylinders and Equiment". - lead, develop and motivate your team in a challenging environment; - qualitative further development of our products in close contact with internal specialist departments and suppliers; - carrying out supplier audits for the specialist department in accordance with the global audit plan; - monitoring and deriving corrective measures from the relevant supply quality KPIs of the suppliers; - selection and approval of suppliers in close cooperation with the purchasing department on the basis of company's quality requirements; - maintenance of supplier relationships together with the purchasing department - from selection to ongoing series delivery; - assessment and continuous optimization of quality processes together with the supplier to ensure our product quality; - planning and carrying out quality audits at suppliers of your department; - planning and monitoring of sampling processes for delivery inspections; - monitoring and improving the quality performance of suppliers; - identifying and coordinating the main areas of complaints. - completed relevant technical training with several years of relevant professional experience or academic technical degree, with a focus on hydraulics and hydraulic systems (engineering, mechanical engineering, HTL or similar); - analytical troubleshooting skills in complex hydraulic systems, ideally knowledge of hydraulic cylinder design and manufacture; - experience in leadership; - several years of experience in quality management and -assurance (measurement technology, quality techniques,); - training as system manager quality and lead auditor - QM systems; - English spoken and written - computer skills (SAP, MS-Office) - intercultural competence and ability to learn and communicate in an international environment - flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 30 - 40%).
