Contract and Tender Specialist
This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to manage the company's tender participation.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of public procurement regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising tender participation on behalf of the company, ensuring correct presentation of documents required from public costumers.
About the Job:
The Contract and Tender Specialist will work closely with sales representatives to review and produce reports, ensuring that tenders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
They will also be responsible for monitoring new tenders through daily analysis of tenders selected by external companies or published on government portals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize the entire tendering process, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality from processing to award.
* Work with sales representatives to review and produce reports, ensuring that tenders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Monitor new tenders through daily analysis of tenders selected by external companies or published on government portals.
* Manage all aspects of tender bids and quotations for customers.
* Analyze the results of contracts (won/lost) and calculate the market share in cooperation with marketing.
* Support marketing and sales in monitoring the pricing policy and strategy for tenders.
* Ensure the correct development and follow-up of the 'contracts' software and IT tools essential for the smooth running of the department.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the biomedical sector.
* In-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 36/2023 (Public Contracts Code) and main e-procurement platforms.
* Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
* Experience in managing administrative, economic, and technical documentation to participate in public tenders.
* Skill in analyzing tender notices and adapting tenders to regulations.
* Able to negotiate with public authorities.
