Now, we are seeking a professional Publisher Success Manager to build and scale our cooperation with our publishers.
What You'll Do :
1. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with existing publishers in the market
2. Monitor and maintain a steady flow of traffic from top clients daily
3. Optimize to achieve positive revenue balance or minimize losses from cooperation
4. Serve as a point of contact for publishers to support and respond to their needs
5. Negotiate with clients about new monetization strategies and testing new solutions
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams globally within the department and cross-departments
Who you are :
1. 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within digital media or online publishing
2. Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, committed to exceeding client expectations
3. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities
4. Deep understanding of the Italian digital market
5. Proven track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
6. Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and gather business insights
7. Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)
8. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets
9. Experience in client service roles
10. Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
