You will also communicate and delegate tasks to the team to achieve departmental targets. /p ul liSupervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations /li liCommunicate and delegate tasks to the team /li liEnsure compliance with brand standards /li liManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner /li liRepresent needs of the team /li liAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets /li liAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members /li liAssist with annual and mid‑year appraisals for team members under your responsibility /li liComply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation /li liBe environmentally aware /li liAssist other departments where necessary and maintain good working relationships /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pA Food and Beverage Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members.
