The resource will be integrated into Process/Data Analytics in the R&D Team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico.

From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and develop your skills by working directly in the field, supporting the improvement and optimization of production processes. You’ll also could collaborate with experienced professionals who know the product and will guide you in understanding the specifics and needs of the tyre industry.
You’ll join a lean and dynamic team, currently composed of a department manager, who works daily to increase efficiency of company processes, make them more effective through digital tools and big data analysis. You’ll be involved in cross‑functional projects that will allow you to connect with different areas of the company, deepening not only processes but also product knowledge, contributing concretely to continuous improvement and the implementation of innovative solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Data collection and on‑field measurement activities, in close collaboration with Quality/Production.
Collaboration with operations teams to collect requirements and critical issues (operator interviews).
Participation in the definition and implementation of process improvement actions.
Contribution to the documentation and standardization of operating procedures.
Monitor process‑related KPIs and performance indicators.
Detailed mapping of the various plant operating processes, in collaboration with the HSE, R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
Good knowledge of Italian and English.
Interest in process improvement and operational management.
Willingness to work in the field, observing and understanding production and operational flows.
Basic knowledge of data management or analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL) is a plus.
Curiosity, proactivity, and a collaborative attitude, with the ability to interact with different departments and colleagues. xjrgpwk
