Contract Type: Permanent Location: Milan, Italy About The Role As digitalization accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Digital Team in Italy. Your mission: leverage data for actionable client insights that empower all our divisions and markets. Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze data from multiple sources Create clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findings Interpret results to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges Collaborate closely with Divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses and solutions Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy and relevance Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into impactful, decision‐ready reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field 2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, ideally in retail, luxury, or CRM Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI Familiarity with Salesforce and Imagino Fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus Desired xrdztoy Skills & Attributes Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders Strong communication skills and ability to train non‐technical users Comfortable managing multiple deliverables across three Divisions simultaneously Proactive, autonomous, and passionate about the luxury industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
