Reports to Senior Clinical and Data Implementation Manager /p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liCreate customized product Training Programs for ZOLL Customers /li liPerform product ‘Train the Trainer’ education for customers /li liConduct product End User Training /li liParticipate in, product related, Sales Training for new Territory Managers /li liAct as ZOLL Liaison for all product training requirements during initial process /li liCreate, plan and execute customer hand off to ZOLL Support /li liAbility to Travel to Customer Sites. Estimated 75% /li liParticipate in Marketing Feedback for continuous product enhancement /li liAbility to recognize and escalate any potential issues to internal teams /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liParamedic or Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting. /li liHospital and EMS based experience. Resuscitation experience preferred. /li liClinical training experience (12-Lead, ETCO2, etc.) ideally at Instructor/Coordinator level. /li liALS/APLS/ACLS Provider /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) /li liStrong proactive approach /li liAbility to lift 12 Kilograms /li liExcellent organization and analytical skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
