When you join the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management.
KPMG Advisory’s Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join our Verona team serving clients in the Consumer & Industrial Markets sector.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
1. non-financial reporting systems in line with emerging regulations and international frameworks;
2. enterprise risk management models integrated with ESG risks;
3. design and implementation of compliance programmes (anti-bribery, Legislative decree no. 231, Antitrust and Legislative decree no. 262);
4. integrated compliance and design of digital platforms;
5. evaluating and designing internal control systems.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
1. a master's degree in business and management, business administration, administration, finance and controlling or engineering management;
2. interest in working on corporate governance, internal audit, risk management and compliance topics;
3. an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
4. an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
