Posizione HR Textile Specialist Responsabilità del lavoro Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including pre‑screening CVs, conducting initial phone interviews, and meticulously tracking the hiring pipeline for internships and junior positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Align with recruitment agencies, coordinating effectively on talent acquisition and hiring processes. Assist the HR Manager in drafting and preparing various HR‑related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding Prêt‑à‑porter erwork. Collaborate with the Manager on a variety of daily HR operations, including employee inquiries, HR system administration, and ad‑hoc projects. Contribute to the organization of training sessions (Health & Safety, language trainings, technical training). Manage and update Company’s IT Systems (People Doc, Successfactor, LVMH Talent). Profilo Master’s Degree in Economics, Law and Human Sciences or similar (a course with HR focus is considered a plus). Fluent English, both spoken and written. IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint). Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility.
