We’re Seeking
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thinks beyond the pixel. You will be the “Interaction Architect” who harmonizes digital interfaces with physical product identities. If you have a passion for tactile feedback, physical knobs, and how they transition into sleek digital displays, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
* HMI Excellence: Lead UI/UX strategy for smart home appliances, wearables, and mobility projects, ensuring visual and logic consistency with the industrial design (ID).
* Hardware-Software Synergy: Collaborate deeply with Industrial Designers to define user journeys that span across physical buttons and touchscreens.
* Motion & Feedback: Design high-fidelity animations and transitions that simulate real-world hardware feedback (e.g., dashboard startups, haptic responses).
* Design System Ownership: Build and scale design systems tailored for non-standard screens and diverse hardware environments.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3-5+ years in UI/UX, with a proven track record in HMI (Smart Home, Automotive, or Appliances).
* Design Logic: Ability to translate complex information architecture into intuitive, minimalist European-style aesthetics.
* Toolbox: Mastery of Figma, plus proficiency in motion tools.
* ID Sensitivity: Understanding of 3D forms, materials, and how CMF (Color, Material, Finish) translates into digital textures.
* Communication: Fluent in English (Working language with our Milan HQ and global partners).
