He/she will be leading a group of people to manage and control all resident customer service activities at our Customer Distribution Center in Anzola Dell’Emilia. /p /br /brh3Benefits /h3 /brul /brliCareer Development /li /brliCompetitive Compensation and Benefits /li /brliPay Transparency /li /brliGlobal Opportunities /li /br /ul /brpLearn More Here: /p /br /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brpThe Site Manager is going to: /p /brul /brliPlan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities) /li /brliDesign process according with the service contract agreement /li /brliAttend planned periodical meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal/external stakeholders /li /brliBe the primary point of contact with the Customer and with the Dematic Operations Manager /li /brliManage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact to the customer’s business /li /brliWork with resident team in order to ensure the fully availability of the system under the service contract obligations /li /brliCollaborate with other departments interacting continuously with his/her team on the work site /li /brliDo periodic KPI analysis and write reports about the service activities /li /brliEnsure a safe, secure and clean environment whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within the contractual obligations /li /brliMaintain quality control and compliance procedures. /li /brliCoordinate all on-site activity of Dematic personnel and subcontractors and serve as the primary point of contact between these activities and the Customer. (+ 25 workers) /li /brliCoordinate and schedule maintenances correctly. /li /brliConduct frequent reviews of all on-site maintenances and immediately report all problems and potential schedule issues to the Operations Manager. /li /brliManage problems and prioritize system faults to minimize impact to the customer’s business. /li /brliEnsure full utilization of DMMS for all maintenance types and spares management /li /brliMonitor and coordinate working hours for all Dematic personnel. /li /brliReport any resource or personnel issues immediately to the Operations Manager and authorize overtime, as approved by the Operations Manager. /li /brliPromptly call for the intervention of engineering assistance on unusual or difficult problems. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Who we are looking for? /h3 /brul /brliCurious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation /li /brliExperience for electrical, mechanical and software engineering /li /brliAt least 5-7 years of experience in material handling environment e.g. highly automated production plants /li /brliPrevious experience as Project Manager or Site Manager (not looking for Site Manager coming from installations) or in a similar role /li /brliPrevious key role experience in a complex organization /li /brliBachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies /li /brliGood knowledge of Italian and English written and spoken /li /brliOptimal Communication Written Verbal /li /brliMust be capable of effectively interacting with all stakeholders /li /brliMust be able to act calmly in stressful situations and work under limited supervision /li /brliTeam player - Customer and Problem solving oriented /li /br /ul /br /brh3What we offer /h3 /brul /brliAn international environment where curiosity and proactivity is highly appreciated, /li /brliOpportunity to know other countries and cultures, /li /brliFast growing company, /li /brliPersonal Computer and Smartphone, /li /br /ul /br /brh3Details /h3 /brpDematic pays much attention to Diversity and guarantees equal opportunities.
