Provide IT technical support for company custom systems and applications on Windows/Linux platformsRespond to hardware and software system failures or malfunctionsManage troubleshooting and system optimization activities, supporting the resolution of IT issues (system crashes, data loss, viruses, performance degradation, loss of functionality, hardware failures, etc.) to restore normal operationsInspect, maintain, install, configure, and fine‐tune both legacy and new hardware equipment (PCs, servers, peripherals, active and passive network devices, firewalls, NAS, SAN, UPS, etc.) and related software applicationsInspect, maintain, install, configure, and optimize basic and advanced network services (user management, access control, email management, web servers, FTP servers, proxy servers, internet, endpoints)Provide technical support to users for remote accessMonitor and analyze server, appliance, SIEM, and firewall logs, identifying and resolving critical issuesUpdate Microsoft platforms / client and server systems / virtual machines / firewalls / switches / antivirus / NAS / SAN / backup solutions, and other devices related to the proper operation of the data center (CED) and disaster recovery systems (DRS)Manage IT service tickets and requestsParticipate in the development and improvement of the company's information systemsReport potential critical issues, deficiencies, or hardware/software faults to the IT ManagerManage and verify corporate data backup operationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary company teams (IT, Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.)Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technological solutions
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Technical diploma in Computer Science or a degree in Electronic / Computer EngineeringAt least 1 year of experience in an IT roleExcellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsSkills in managing IT networks (routers, firewalls, switches, network protocols, remote connections)Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT security practicesStrong problem‐solving skills, teamwork, precision, analytical approach, and ability to work independently to complete assigned tasksGood knowledge of technical EnglishWillingness to travel within Italy during the year
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., .NET, C++, PHP)Strong knowledge of Linux environmentsKnowledge of Microsoft Azure environmentFamiliarity with AI systemsPossession of relevant technological certificationsPrevious experience in an ISO 27001 certified company
