PpIn this role, you will lead the industrialization of new products and coordinate the design, implementation, and start-up of new production equipment. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and timing. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead industrialization of new products and support prototype → pre-series → production phases /li liCoordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and production lines /li liEnsure the application of safety requirements and technical specifications on new equipment /li liCollaborate with RD on product modifications following production feedback /li liManage improvement projects focused on process optimization and automation (Industry 4.0 / 5.0) /li liAnalyse manufacturability, process feasibility, and potential risks of new products /li liSupport production sites during start-up phases and technical interventions /li liContribute to technological innovation and plant infrastructure evolution /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liTechnical background in Mechanics or Mechatronics /li liMinimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance, testing, or commissioning of automatic machinery /li liProficiency in Italian and English /li liProficiency with Office Suite and CAD 2D/3D tools /li liSAP R3 knowledge is a plus /li liStrong problem solving attitude, teamwork mindset and hands on approach /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
